How to delete your data

You can remove the data ReelPilotte holds about you at any time. Posts you already published stay on the platforms; delete them there if you wish.

Remove one connected account (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat or X)

• In ReelPilotte, open Connections and press Disconnect on the account. Its stored tokens and the statistics we collected for it are deleted straight away.
• Also remove ReelPilotte's access on the platform: Facebook → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites); Google → Third-party access; Snapchat and X → connected apps in their settings.

Delete a video

Open the video in your Library and delete it. The file and its data are removed from ReelPilotte.

Delete your whole account

Email hello@reelpilotte.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm within 7 days and delete your account, uploads, connections and statistics within 30 days. Billing records are kept only as long as tax law requires.
