ReelPilotte

Terms of Service

Last updated October 16, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and ReelPilotte ("ReelPilotte", "we"). By creating an account or using ReelPilotte you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old.

The service

ReelPilotte helps you publish your own videos and images to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and X (Twitter), write captions with AI, and view statistics and comments. We work to keep it available and correct, but it is provided as is, and features may change.

Acceptable use

Don't use ReelPilotte to post spam, illegal or harmful content, content that infringes others' rights, or to get around a platform's limits, and don't try to break, overload or misuse the service. We may suspend or close accounts that do, and remove such content.

Platform limits

YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and X set their own upload limits, quotas, processing times and review rules, and can change them. A post can fail or be delayed because of them; ReelPilotte shows the reason when the platform gives one. We are not responsible for decisions those platforms make about your accounts or content.

Plans and payments

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, ReelPilotte is not liable for indirect losses, lost data, lost revenue or profits, or actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it arose.

Ending your use

You can stop using ReelPilotte at any time and ask us to delete your account and data (see the Privacy Policy). We may end the service for an account that breaks these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Continuing to use ReelPilotte after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed with us in good faith; if it can't be resolved, it goes to the courts of India.
