Questions about plans
Is ReelPilotte free right now?
Yes. During early access every account gets all features for free. Paid plans start later, and we'll tell you before anything changes.
How does the free trial work?
New accounts get 7 days with everything in Basic, without payment details. After that, choose a plan to keep posting. Nothing is deleted: your videos, connections and stats stay.
What counts as a post?
Each platform a video or image goes to. Posting one video to YouTube and Instagram uses 2 posts.
Can I connect more than one channel?
Each plan connects one account per platform: the accounts you grow and monetize. Starter connects any 2 platforms; the other plans connect all 5. Need more for an agency? Contact us.
Do I need my own AI key?
No. Every plan includes built-in AI writes. If you'd like more, add your own key on the AI page (Gemini's is free) and write as much as you want.
What happens to my files after posting?
To save space, files of posted videos are removed after the plan's retention time. Your posts, captions and stats stay. Videos you haven't posted anywhere are never removed.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly or yearly with no lock-in, and you keep everything you've published.
